Famous covers:

I think this album cover is effective for many reasons, one being the suits of the men in the back somewhat line up with the black lines behind them, making them almost camouflaged. they're all stood in very relaxed positions, smiling and holding their hands around their pockets, contrasted by Blondies strong pose, hands on hips. the men's' hair is black, which only draws more attention to Blondie's significantly lighter hair. everything going on in the background, from the backdrop to the men, only serves to highlight Blondie, since it is her album.

This album cover is simple yet effective; a great example of less is more. The large amount of negative space in the cover may intrigue a potential lister with its ambiguity. the light is supposedly meant to represent pink Floyd's elaborate light shows they wee notorious for having at shows, though some fans of the artist argue that its something more philosophical than that (as pink Floyd fans always do, losers)
